Always a cheater? NEGATIVE.
In celebration of a friends birthday yesterday we had dinner at Blockheads (our fav) before going out at – and I was incredibly tempted to have something other than a chicken salad, just because. I texted my body builder/trainer Brian, and he assured me that it’s OK to cheat every now and then to shock your metabolism!
Well I didn’t need much persuasion…. I ordered the chicken burrito… but didn’t finish it all- as I was actually full almost half way through. My body definitely hated me for it… and I guess that was the response from shocking my metabolism.
I don’t think I’ll be cheating again any time soon, as I have goals to reach baby… and I have to be there in just a few short months!
