Got a pamphlet in the mail yesterday for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and their Team in Training: FLEX! Just another reason why I think I want to take my weight loss and recently garnered endurance a step further! The pamphlet couldn’t have come at a better time.
I spoke with my aunt yesterday at a fam dinner at grandma’s, who has trained for triathalons many times and performed really well. She advised me on how I can start training and what type of sneakers I should get etc.
These were the sneaks I’ve had my eyes on for a while now, Nike Free Train Fit– love them:
…but according to my aunt, Nike sneakers make for horrible running support. So she recommended Asics or Saucony.
