…basically what I look like trying to do them- this little girl is probably actually doing them better since I think she’s in a plank.
Training this week, totally focused on upper arms and running. While the push-ups are getting easier- I’ve yet to do more than one in the ‘correct form’; but Will is helping me give it my all!

Was also kindly introduced to calluses. Which got even more pretty after jump up pull-ups and more push-ups this morning at the CrossFit gym:
Will bought me a special little (35lb) kettle bell- which we used Wednesday….callus city using that thing! Great workout though, and TOUGH!
Slowly getting there…. 2 weeks down!
