Just a little Suaz Losing It plug…well, because I needed shorts to wear- it was a HOT July 4th this year right? So, I decided to take two straight away cuts at these jeans- a stretch pair from NY &CO– my fave big and tall store:

Figured the only way they’d stay up was if they were ‘stuck’ on my legs if-you-will, which I succeeded with in rolling them up after cutting. I then went with a roll-down-the-top of your jeans for the excess bagginess look, sloppy yes… but I thought it was also a very comfortable, relaxed look as well.
The night’s festivities ranged from the Gin Mill to Jake’s Dilemma and a little bit of Fireworks ON the Westside Highway in between! Check out my vantage from about the 80’s:
Overall, such a fun July 4th spent with friends in NYC- my first too. I normally watch them up in Westchester- because I’m in the Lower Hudson Valley, smack in the center of awesome views of the NYC skyline AND Nyack/the Tapanzee Bridge. It was fun to change it up though- NYC’s were lovely.
