Well, well, well. My first night of spinning. An experience to say the least… like everything else in life right? Flat out… NOT THAT BAD. Honestly. There were moments where the resistance was tough, and hell I probably wasn’t adding and removing the resistance at the right time or to the extremes- but otherwise, easier to fight through than I thought.
For those that haven’t tried spinning or “indoor cycling”:

Definitely a sweat buster… but surprisingly fun and upbeat. I also happen to have great leg strength- so it wasn’t as difficult to get in the swing of things. Can’t wait to go back!
Oh, p.s. bike seats, especially on stationary bikes.. are never comfortable- prepare for slight pressure… in areas LOL.
